Beware of Fraudulent Solicitations
Protect yourself — book only through official HRS channels on HeartRhythm.com.
Unauthorized Third Parties
If you receive an unsolicited email or phone call claiming to offer assistance with Heart Rhythm annual meeting registration, hotel reservations, or attendee list purchases, you may have been contacted by an unauthorized third party.
These companies are not affiliated with HRS. Some have created websites designed to appear associated with HRS2027 and may even use misleading names or titles, such as "HRS", "Heart Rhythm Society," or "HRS 2027," in their email signatures to appear legitimate.
Know the Red Flags
If any of the following apply, do not proceed:
- You are asked to manually select your registration type. When registering through the official HRS2027 registration portal on HeartRhythm.com, your single sign-on using your HRS Profile will automatically assign your registration type. If you are prompted to select it yourself, you are on an unauthorized site.
- You are asked for your HRS Profile username or password.
- The website includes a small-print disclaimer stating it is "not associated with HRS or Heart Rhythm 2027."
- You are charged a surcharge to register.
- You are asked to pay via PayPal.
- You are offered discounted hotel rates from an unsolicited source.
- You receive a call claiming to verify your hotel rate, followed by an attempt to sell you a different hotel.
- You are offered the opportunity to purchase an HRS or HRS2027 attendee list — HRS does not rent or sell member or customer data.
Only Book Through These Official Channels
